Leadership
Grace Reformed Church’s ecclesiastical polity is Independency, a form of church government in which the local church is an autonomous congregation under Christ. We believe this to be the most biblically faithful expression of church government.
The New Testament establishes two offices of leadership in the local church: Elders, who serve by leading, and Deacons, who lead by serving.
With that said, here is a short introduction to our church’s Elders and Deacons:
Elders
									Peter Kek
Pastor Peter completed his studies at the Singapore Bible College and has been active in ministry since then.
He was appointed to be the pastor of Puchong Grace Church in 2009. After the church’s relocation and renaming in 2019, he continues to serve as her pastor.
He is married to Soona and enjoys the blessing of three sons and a daughter.
									Leong Kian Ming
Elder Kian Ming came to faith while studying in the UK, and sat under the faithful preaching of Pr. Stuart Olyott and Pr. Peter Masters during his time there.
In 2003, he and several other like-minded brethren established Puchong Grace Church. After the church’s relocation and renaming in 2019, he continues to serve as one of her elders.
He is married to Lay Kuan, and enjoys the blessing of two sons and a daughter.
									John Wee
Elder John was converted to Christ while studying in the US and was subsequently mentored by a missionary from Moody Church in Chicago.
After returning to Malaysia, he served in several churches in the Klang Valley before joining Grace Reformed Church in 2019 with his family. In 2022, the church appointed him to serve as one of her elders.
He is married to Francesca, and enjoys the blessing of three daughters.
